The $100/mo license per account covers our infrastructure, support, and ongoing strategy updates regardless of performance. The 20% performance share kicks in only when the prop firm actually pays you out — so we win when you win.
Always after the prop firm takes its cut, never on the gross. Example with Apex past the first $25k tier (90/10 split): if the strategy generates $5,000 in profit, Apex keeps $500 and you net $4,500. The 80/20 split applies to that $4,500 — you keep $3,600, we invoice $900. While you're still in Apex's first $25k tier (100% to trader), the firm's cut is $0 so the 80/20 runs on the full amount.
